10 December 2021, Brasilia – Philippine Ambassador-designate Mario F. Chan called on the Malaysian Ambassador in Brasilia, Datuk Lim Juay Jin, at the Chancery of the Kedutaan Besar Malaysia, in pursuance of tradition among ASEAN diplomats.

BRASILIA, BRAZIL – 28 NOVEMBER 2021 – The Philippine Embassy in Brasilia, Brazil organized an online lecture/event for its Cultural Diplomacy activity entitled "Andres Bonifacio: Father of the Katipunan and the Philippine Revolution of 1896 (His Life and Times)" on 28 November 2021 with Mr. Alvin D. Campomanes as the guest speaker. Mr. Campomanes is the current Program Head and Coordinator of Social Sciences (area studies) at the University of the Philippines Manila and is a co-founder and Director for Education and Research of Sucesos, a company that organizes history and cultural tours. The online event was in line with the Embassy’s celebration of Bonifacio Day.
