GARDENING SERVICES AT THE PHILIPPINE EMBASSY

1. Maximum Bid/Quotation: 194,000 BRL
2. Contract period is from 01 January 2022 to 31 December 2022;
3. Days shall cover Monday to Friday;
4. Two (2) Gardeners from 0830H to 1730H, with a one-hour lunch break;
5. The company must provide relevant materials and items for their personnel to use for the gardening services required by the Embassy; and
6. The company must provide relevant continuous training and evaluation to the gardeners.

24-HOUR CONCIERGE (PORTEIRO) SERVICES AT THE PHILIPPINE EMBASSY

1. Maximum Bid/Quotation: 210,000.00 BRL
2. Contract period is from 01 January 2022 to 31 December 2022;
3. Days shall cover Monday to Sunday;
4. 12-hour daytime surveillance for one (1) station, from 7:00H to 19:00H, without a break for meal and rest – two (2) employees 12 x 36 hour shifting each;
5. 12-hour night time surveillance for one (1) station, from 19:00H to 7:00H, without a break for meal and rest - two (2) employees 12 x 36 hour shifting each; and
6. The company must provide relevant continuous training and evaluation to the porteiros.

The Philippine Embassy in Brasilia Charge d’ affaires, ad interim Ms. Leilani S. Feliciano joined all the ASEAN Heads of Diplomatic Missions in Brasilia under the ASEAN Committee in Brasilia (ACB) and ACB Working Group  for an Official Visit to the Brazilian state of Maranhao upon the invitation of Maranhao Governor Flavio Dino de Castro e Costa, from 20- 23 September 2021.

BRASILIA, BRAZIL, 14 September 2021 - The Philippine Embassy in Brasilia Charge d’ affaires, ad interim Ms. Leilani S. Feliciano joined all the ASEAN Heads of Diplomatic Missions in Brasilia under the ASEAN Committee in Brasilia (ACB) for a Churrasco Lunch upon the invitation of Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro and Foreign Minister Carlos Albert Franca. Brazilian State Ministers, Foreign Ministry officials led by Secretary/Ambassador Marcia Donner Abreu, Secretariat for Bilateral Negotiations in Asia, the Pacific and Russia, APEX Brasil and ABIEC high-ranking officials and Brazilian beef exporters also attended the churrasco lunch held on 14 September 2021 at the Army Cub in Brasilia.

BRASILIA, BRAZIL 06 SEPTEMBER 2021 – The Philippine Embassy in Brasilia, Brazil organized a Flag Raising Ceremony in Celebration of Maritime and Archipelagic Nation Awareness Month (MANA Mo) 2021 for the month of September on 06 September 2021. The Flag Raising Ceremony was attended by Post’s personnel plus a handful of Filipino Community members who were there for their consular appointments that day.
