The Philippines and Brazil held their 3^rd Bilateral Consultation Meeting (BCM) on August 25 in Brazil. The Philippine delegation was headed by Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Evan Garcia and composed of  Philippine Ambassador to Brazil Eva Betita and other Philippine government officials. The Brazilian delegation was led by Undersecretary-General Graça Lima.
