PHL Embassy in Brasilia Launches 4TH Philippine Gastronomic Festival in Porto Alegre
The Philippine Embassy in Brasilia, in collaboration with Sheraton Hotel Porto Alegre, successfully launched the 4th Philippine Gastronomic Festival at the hotel’s Porto Alegre Bistrô.
Athletes from Philippine tribes showed their mettle and made new friends from other tribes from all over the world as they participated in the inaugural World Games for Indigenous Peoples which ran from October 20 to November 01 in Palmas, State of Tocantins, Brazil.
A consular outreach team from the Philippine Embassy in Brasilia visited São Paulo, Brazil, for a consular mission and overseas voters (OV) registration on October 24 to 26. Aside from mobile consular services, the Team also accepted applications for civil registration, notarization and citizenship reacquisition.
The Philippine Embassy in Brasilia launched the Brazil-Philippines Business Cooperation Forum on October 22 at the Official Residence of the Philippine Ambassador to Brazil.
A total of 77 passport applicants and 124 overseas voters from Guyana and Suriname availed of the services provided by the mobile team during the weekend mission.
A consular team from the Philippine Embassy in Brazil, led by Philippine Ambassador Jose D.R. Burgos, rendered consular services and conducted overseas voters (OV) registration on September 25 and 26 in Rio de Janeiro.
The Philippine Embassy in Brasilia, led by Ambassador Jose D.R. Burgos, participated in the ASEAN Food and Cultural Festival, also known as the ASEAN Bazaar, held on September 12 at the Thai Embassy in Brasilia, Brazil.
Philippine Ambassador to Brazil Jose D.R. Burgos joined the ASEAN Heads of Missions in Brasilia from other six Embassies in meeting with Secretary-General Sergio Franca Danese of the Ministry of External Relations of Brazil on August 25.
