Visa
A citizen of a foreign country who seeks to enter the Philippines generally must first obtain a Philippine visa. Certain international travelers may be eligible to travel to the Philippines without a visa if they meet the requirements for visa-free travel.
Passport holders of Brazil are allowed visa-free travel to the Philippines for a stay of up to 59 days based on existing agreement. Meanwhile, passport holders of Suriname are allowed visa-free travel to the Philippines for a stay of up to 30 days.
The Embassy is unable to guarantee the approval and issuance of visas before the flight schedule. Please do not finalize travel itineraries until after receipt of visas.
All travellers to the Philippines are required to register at https://etravel.gov.ph at least 72 hours before their arrival. Travelers need to present their eTravel QR code prior to flight boarding. Registration is FREE OF CHARGE.

The Philippine Embassy issues visas to foreign nationals wishing to visit the Philippines for non-immigrant purposes such as sightseeing, sports, health, family reasons, training or study (excluding enrollment in schools for the purpose of obtaining a title or degree), religious pilgrimage, business, cultural and scientific purposes.
Please note that the visa issued is not a guarantee that the holder will be automatically admitted to the country. The admission of foreign nationals into the Philippines is a function of the immigration authorities at the port of entry.
Complete your required documents before submitting your application. Send an e-mail to the Consular Section (brasiliape.consular@dfa.gov.ph) for evaluation of your documents.

The Philippine e-Visa system is a convenient, accessible, and user-friendly interface for foreign nationals who wish to apply and secure a Philippine e-Visa, which will no longer be affixed to their passports. Foreign nationals can apply for an e-Visa remotely through their personal computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
Foreign nationals can apply for a Philippine e-Visa if they are travelling to the country for business, pleasure, medical treatment, training, attendance in conferences, meetings and workshops/seminars, and other purposes.
Important: Philippine e-Visas are not valid for conversion to other types of Philippine visas, and their authorized period of stay cannot be extended. Applicants who intend to convert their visas upon arrival in the Philippines may obtain a regular Machine Readable Visa (MRV) sticker with the appropriate annotation from a Philippine Foreign Service Post in their country of origin or legal residence
