ONLINE VOTING AND COUNTING SYSTEM
The mode of voting determined by the COMELEC for overseas voters under the Philippine Embassy in Brasilia for purposes of the 2025 National Elections is ONLINE VOTING.
To vote online, you need to:
- be a registered overseas voter
- must be pre-enrolled as online voter before the 30-day overseas voting period
- use your mobile device, computer, or tablet, you can vote during the overseas election period
Important dates to remember:
- Pre-enrollment: To pre-enroll, visit the www.comelec.gov.ph and prepare your active e-mail address, phone number, and Philippine passport. The pre-enrollment period is from March 20 to May 7, 2025
- Voting Period: The election period is from April 13, 2025 (local time) to May 12, 2025 (7PM Philippine Standard time)
