National Registry of Overseas Voters
In compliance with Sections 58 and 59 Part IX of COMELEC Resolution No. 10833 promulgated on 07 September 2022, the Philippine Embassy in Brasilia wishes to share the following links to the COMELEC Website for the lists of overseas voters qualified to vote for purposes of the 2025 National and Local Elections:
- National Registry of Overseas Voters (NROV)
- Certified List of Overseas Voters (CLOV) under the jurisdiction of the Philippine Embassy in Brasilia: Land-based and Seafarer
The mode of voting determined by the COMELEC for overseas voters under the Philippine Embassy in Brasilia for purposes of the 2025 National Elections is ONLINE VOTING. All qualified registered overseas voters are kindly reminded to PRE-ENROLL from 20 March 2025 to 07 May 2025 to enable them to cast their vote in this historical event in Philippine Elections.
The overseas election period will be from April 13, 2025 (local time) to May 12, 2025 (7PM Philippine Standard time).
